In the past, StarPrint app may sometimes perform slowly in printing office documents. We have been working on that for a few months to fix the issue. Today, we would like to inform that this problem is solved in our latest update.
Changes are made in the internal printing process of the application. We recommend that everyone upgrade to the new StarPrint – version 03.00.30 – to experience the best print performance, especially for printing office files like word, excel, powerpoint, etc.
Users from very old versions like 2.00.20 or earlier are advised to update to this version as soon as possible because our system no longer supports them. Document printing errors are expected to appear if you don’t update to the latest version.
- Some bugs are also fixed such as connection issue on a few bluetooth printers.
- New SEARCH feature when you browse for documents before printing. With this update, you can easily search for any files from internal memory. The look-up icon can be seen on the top right corner after you select to print document in the main screen.

To update, please visit Google Play or Amazon Store, where you downloaded the print app.

For some premium users, a known issue may trouble after update that causes inactivation.
You can always restore your license any time by going to Menu > My Purchase > Restore
